One Step Malaria (Pf) Test

INTENDED USE:

The InTec One Step (Pf) Test is a rapid, qualitative immunochromatographic assay designed to detect the histidine-rich protein 2 (HRP-2) antigen of Plasmodium falciparum in human whole blood, providing highly sensitive and specific results within 15 minutes. 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

· WHO prequalified and CE marked

· Specific and accurate diagnosis for P. falciparum

· High sensitivity: Malaria Pf LOD = 50 parasites/μL

· Specimen: Whole blood (5 μL)

· Time to result: 15 minutes (up to 20 minutes) 

· Storage temperature: 2-40℃

· Stable at 2-40°C for 24 months

· No need for extra equipment
