ELISA Diagnostic Kit for lgM Antibody to Cytomegalovirus

INTENDED USE

Diagnostic Kit for IgM Antibody to Cytomegalovirus (ELISA) is used for in vitro qualitative detection of lgM antibody to cytomegalovirus (CMV) in human serum or plasma. CMV specific lgM antibody positive is indicative of early infection, ELISA is used to detect CMV specific IgM antibody to make early clinical diagnosis of CMV infection, reducing the birth defect risk, which provided effective measures for bearing and rearing better children. The product shall not be used for prenatal screening in asymptomatic population and the detection result generated by this reagent shall not be used as the proof to terminate pregnancy.
